Kahina spent over a decade on the inside of Australia and New Zealand’s most sophisticated retail property organisations. At Frasers Property Australia she managed over $4B+ portfolio of premium assets. She led the leasing campaign for Burwood Brickworks – the world’s most sustainable shopping centre, followed by greenfield sites Ed Square and Eastern Creek Quarter.
She returned to New Zealand as Senior Leasing Manager at Kiwi Property, where she oversaw leasing across the country’s most prominent retail portfolio, including NZ’s largest shopping centre, Sylvia Park.
She knows how landlords build their negotiation strategies. She knows what they will concede and what they will fight for. And she now uses all of that to fight exclusively for tenants.

Luke brings 20 years of senior fintech, payments, and enterprise technology experience across the ANZ market. His career spans leadership roles at some of the region’s most influential fintech companies including Afterpay/Block, Airwallex and Salesforce where he led new business, enterprise sales, and complex commercial negotiations.
He specialises in what retailers often overlook: the hidden costs buried in payment infrastructure, FX fees, BNPL rates, Price Benchmarking, POS systems, and delivery channels. Where most property advisors stop at the lease, Luke ensures Tennant clients win on every dollar that flows through their business.
